Before and after training

We advise you to consult your Physician or Doctor before starting exercising with Gymstick especially if you have recently had an injury or surgery, suffer from heart condition or if you haven’t exercised regularly over the past 2 months. If you feel dizzy or experience unusual symptoms or pain during exercise, rest for a few minutes, if t he pain an symptoms continue, please consult your Physician or Doctor. It is always important to listen to your body and do the exercised according to your own fitness level.

It is recommended to warm up before the exercise and cool down after the exercise. The purpose of the warm up is to prepare the body for the workout ahead and the cool down phase will help the muscles to recover faster from the workout. You are free to choose any kind of warm up exercise, e.g. marching on the spot, running/jogging, rope skipping, exercise bike, shadow boxing etc.

After the exercise you should stretch properly the muscles that you have stressed.
